Superheroes Surprise Kakoa With Dancing Car Ride!

Kakoa goes on a ride with Dancing Super Heroes! Batman is headed to the bat cave when spider girl quickly stops him to get in the car with Kakoa. The dancing begins but then they see the Incredible Hulk and let him in as well.. soon after they see venom but decide to not let him in and the dancing begins! Investing In Triple Net Commerical Real Estate (NNN Leases)

If you are investing in Triple Net (NNN) Commercial Real Estate, there are definitely some things that I will caution you about on what to look for if invested in this type of real estate investment. A Triple Net Lease is also referred to NNN or Net, Net, Net where the tenant picks up the tab for real estate taxes, insurance and maintenance.

Triple Net Properties usually provide a lower cap rate however investors love these properties because they are usually less headaches as many will not have to deal with any ongoing maintenance or issues with the property. However, in this video, I talk about two different triple net investments that I brokered that have gone bad.
